What happens next?

Login to Azets Cozone Drive and Cozone Activity

You will soon receive an email with login information to Azets' file sharing portal Cozone Drive and Cozone Activity. As you previously has been informed, all information to and from Azets must be uploaded via Cozone Drive, which is a secure channel for sharing data. In Cozone Drive > Implementation > startup files from Azets, you will find two files that you need to fill out. When done you must upload the completed files in Cozone Drive in the folder > Implementation > Startup files from client. In Cozone Activity, we will plan the deadlines in addition to the payroll activities based on your pay date. Together with you, we will align the dates and you can approve in Cozone Activity.

Startup meeting

Within a week, we will contact you to schedule a startup meeting. At the meeting, we will review a project plan as well as the client- and employee information we have uploaded in the Cozone Drive portal. Based on this information we will plan the details of the implementation. If you have questions or are in doubt about anything related to the startup and implementation of your payroll process, you are always very welcome to contact us at implementation-dk@azets.com. We look forward to getting started!
