Azets strengthens payroll leadership team with three senior promotions
Azets has promoted three members of its UK Payroll Services team into newly created senior roles, reflecting the firm’s growth and long-term ambitions.
- Claire Brown has been appointed Director of Payroll North
- Christopher Waterson has been appointed Director of Payroll South
- Julie Gunnell has been appointed Associate Director of Growth for Payroll

The appointments mark the latest stage in Azets’ Payroll Services growth journey. In just five years, the team has expanded to 160 specialists nationwide and has been shortlisted for four awards at the Chartered Institute of Payroll, Pensions and Reward Professionals this year.
